Meet Nicole,

  • I am Nicole, and I am a holistic hormone health coach working with women to improve their periods, gut health, and overall energy so YOU can show up fully every day and build your dream life.

    My journey in health and fitness began during my childhood, where I competed in gymnastics for eight years and took ballet classes. This active foundation carried into adulthood, where I always emphasized balanced nutrition and physical activity. But due to the challenges of a demanding job, I gained some weight and lost my athleticism.

    Hiring an online fitness coach in order to regain my former gymnast physique, changed my life trajectory – while aiming for six-pack abs, I lost my period and ended up unhealthily underweight due to misguided advice. This experience ignited a deep dive into women's hormone health, inspiring me to support others sustainably in their weight loss and wellness journeys. Despite already having an education degree, my passion for health led me to coaching. I've since guided clients to lose substantial weight through sustainable methods, address PMS symptoms, period discomfort, enhance energy, and synchronize actions with their cycles.

    Now, I hold a certification as a nutrition coach from the Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI) and have completed a comprehensive year-long course focused on functional health. This course delved deeply into critical subjects such as gut health, detoxification, PCOS, menopause, thyroid health, mitochondria, blood work analysis, and more. Clients seek my guidance after multiple doctor visits where medication like birth control and antidepressants were prescribed to address their hormone concerns, often without addressing the underlying triggers that caused these issues in the first place.
